Hello and good day. I really enjoyed your site.

My former riding partner, Rupert, is with my ex wife now, so I had to get another dog. She is a Cairn Terrier. We bought the beastrider last year and both the dogs love it. Rupert loved riding.

We are in West Des Moines, Iowa. The ex doesn't want Rupert on the bike anymore. I was hit by a Chevy Monte Carlo last summer, thrown off, up and over twenty feet. Rupert was not with thankfully or else I wouldn't be here writing this letter. Interesting that my German motorcycle only received minor scratches and they had to tow the chevy away!!

Are there any laws in California about dogs on bikes? [woofmaster's note: answer is no but they still try to write tickets - see Lady Harley] I have friends out there and would like to ride out that way this summer. As far as I know I am the only one in Iowa with a beastrider and the only one with a beastrider on a BMW.
Regards,
William Meyers

Liberate a Dog !

We'd like to remind people that there are a lot of wonderful dogs waiting to be adopted at your local animal shelter.
You can also offer to volunteer to walk sheltered dogs while they await adoption.
The dogs love getting to leave their cages for a walk!
