April 2, 2016 - Welcome, Cayenne
of Paso Robles, California, USA

Cayenne's guardian states:

When I lost my “Buddy” to cancer it took me almost a year before I found my little red bundle of joy, “Cayenne”  who is a very smart Red Queensland heeler.

She turned 1 year old on March 8th, 2016 and only has around 1000 miles of riding time to this point,  but we have many rides ahead now that she has all her safety gear!

We belong to an all women riding club, Women In The Wind “Lady Hawks Chapter”. We are located on the Central Coast of California In Paso Robles, some of the most beautiful motorcycle riding roads on Gods green earth!.  We ride several rides per month with the club and quite a bit of solo riding, she loves the other riders and is usually the center of attention where ever we go…She has gotten very good at posing for photo’s.

She loves to play frisbee and ball, she is a huge tease, and a champion at tug-o-war! We take her frisbee where ever we go to stretch and run her little legs after a long ride!

Cayenne is also being trained as a Service Dog, she goes to work with me every day at my Massage Studio and is a very passionate care giver with a very good sense about health care.  She has hit on and alerted for skin cancer on two separate cases (one human and one K-9) and now has learned to alert me at night when my husband is in trouble with his breathing.
We also visit homes for the elderly when we have time.

I just love seeing the smiles on peoples faces when they see Cayenne where ever she goes.
She is truly a “Healer” in every sense of the word!

Liberate a Dog !

We'd like to remind people that there are a lot of wonderful dogs waiting to be adopted at your local animal shelter.
You can also offer to volunteer to walk sheltered dogs while they await adoption.
The dogs love getting to leave their cages for a walk!
Please visit our adoption page for featured "Shelter-of-the-Month" and list of places to adopt.

Also visit Dogs On Bikes a website dedicated to motorcycle-riding canines!
